Description

It was a bit difficult to track down information about the company or the manufacture year. The turtle was cleaned and oiled and works much better than when acquired. There is some wiggle where the pieces connect, but all the parts hold together and function well - especially since this does look to be fairly old. The leather turtles' tail is a bit dried out, but not falling apart.
