Offered for sale is a vintage mechanical wind-up blowing bubbles bear toy, made in Japan. Condition is used and as found arm does moved up and down and no rust on tin from what I can see. I will ship items from USPS Ground Advantage, USPS, Priority Mail or FedEx. All packages will have delivery confirmation. Large orders or heavy orders may be shipped UPS. I only ship within the United States, unless e-bay has custom warehouse set up for export which is located in United States.
